Step number 1: preparation
The key a third day festival is to have a heatless look. If your hair is anything like mine it maybe a little worse for ware by the third day. Add some dry shampoo to your roots and brush it through to make your hair as nice as possible. You are going to need a fishtail or rattail comb. Using the arches of your eyebrows as a guide. Separate the middle section and tie it out of the way for now. Tease your roots around this section. Add your Cliphair extensions around your head from ear level down for long luscious locks. If you want this lower section to be wavy I would suggest wetting this lower section of hair and doing your hair in braids until your hair dries.
Step number 2: work on the centre
Let your top section down and separate the hair into three equal sections. Moving the sections out and under each other you are going to begin to create a dutch braid. As you move backwards add more strands of hair from behind working your way backwards until you reach the back of your crown. Secure with a clear hair tie. Pinch each of the sections of your braid so they are thick and even.
Step number 3: finishing sections
There is not much you have to do to complete this look. If you have the lower half if your hair in braids take them out and run your fingers through these sections to beak your waves up. If you have texture spray packed now is the time to use it and scrunch your waves. Now take a section of hair from behind your hair tie and wrap it around to conceal your hair tie. Pin it in the back. To finish off add so hairspray to keep this style looking fab all day.
