A French Twist, which is also known as a chignon, is a classic hairstyle which is worn on various special occasions. However it is also super quick to do, and looks great as a day to day hairstyle, especially when it is messed up.In this tutorial, I am going to show you how super easy it is to create the ever popular French Twist and I have also decided to spice it up and make it more colourful by using Cliphair’s Turquoise extensions, which are double wefted and 18 inch.As you will notice, I am only using two wefts, but of course if you hair is very fine, or you want more dramatic contrasting colours in your hair, feel free to add more. Just make sure that the clips are completely hidden and positioned in such a way which makes it easier to pull your hair back – the best way to do this is by attaching the clips at the side of your head, side ways.
What you will be needing to create this style is:
- Bobby Pins
- Volumizing Spray or Dry Shampoo
- Setting Spray
Of course you may opt out of using funky colours in this style and just use your regular extensions – either way, this style is a life saver, as it is such a classy way to pull your hair back and still have your hair looking fab in the hot summer months!
